Event Registration
– Cancellations received until November 9 inclusive, will have a full refund, minus 10% for administrative expenses.
– Cancellations received after November 9 do not have refund.
– Note: From the fourth registration made by the same firm, a 20% discount will be applied to the corresponding rate, that is to say, the 4th enrollee of the same firm will be applied the discount in reference according to the corresponding rate. by the time the registration is made.
Hotel
ASIPI assumes no liability before the participants of the event for hotel reservations, changes, cancellations and/or any other matter related to the hotel. All these issues must be addressed directly to the hotel and/or to the company Follow Up ([email protected]).
