Partner of the firm SILVA, in charge of the litigation area. Lawyer of the University of Chile, holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Valencia, Spain, and a Master’s Degree in Law (L.L.M.) from Duke University, United States. Professor at several Universities, he is also Judge Arbitrator of NIC Chile for the dispute resolution system of the .CL. He is also Director of the Chilean Intellectual Property Association (ACHIPI). He worked in the National Public Prosecutor’s Office, where he was Deputy Director of Economic Crimes. He has been invited by the Ministry of Justice of Chile to participate in the drafting commission of the new Criminal Code, specifically to propose the new regulation of crimes against industrial property and copyright.
