Curriculum Vitae

Bachelor of Law, he completed a Masters in Administrative Law at the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Mexico and has more than 14 years of experience in the Federal Public Administration of Mexico.
He worked as a specialist in the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, Deputy Director and advisor to the General Visitor, in the General Inspector’s Office of the Attorney General of the Republic, Deputy Director of Financial Affairs in the Federal Prosecutor’s Office, Deputy Director in the National Institute of Education for Adults, Regional Director of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office and, currently, holds the position of Divisional Director of Trademarks at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property.
He has participated in negotiations of various international treaties on Intellectual Property issues, as well as in the preparation and implementation of Law initiatives in tax matters, law enforcement and industrial property.
He has lectured in Mexico and abroad on intellectual property issues.
