Legal aspects of marketing related to IP
It is recognized the importance of exposing problems related to advertising and marketing strategies with special emphasis on intellectual property in a context of permanent and exponential change in technological innovation. In this sense, the course aims to present useful cases for the participants while addressing the theoretical considerations that are relevant to each specific case.

Objetives
The objective of this theoretical-practical course is to present legal considerations around different problems related to the world of marketing. In particular, advertising contracting, advertising works, intellectual property considerations associated with the launch of new products on the market and the principles of marketing will be discussed with special emphasis on issues related to intellectual property such as the development of advertisements and campaigns alluding to third-party brands or including the intellectual creations of third parties.
EVALUATION SYSTEM
For those students who wish to have a course approval certificate, in addition to the attendance certificate, at the end of the course they must present a final project or article linked to some point developed in the program, taking into account the parameters and publication standards of ASIPI Academy courses.
