Johnson (IACC- USA) referred to research techniques for counterfeited products and how to obtain evidence for use in court cases. The moderation was led by Alberto Guerra (Guerra IP- Brazil).<br \/>\n&#8220;Common problems facing the Court in cases of counterfeiting&#8221; was addressed by Luis Antonio Camargo (Judge of the Third Superior Court of Free Competition and Consumer Affairs of the Supreme Court &#8211; Panama) and Diego Farreras (Louis Vuitton Malletier- Argentina) with the moderation of Ricardo Gord\u00f3 Llobell (Gord\u00f3 Llobell &amp; Asociados-Argentina).<br \/>\nThe nourished academic agenda also brought the issue of &#8220;Consumers in Danger: Counterfeiting consumer products.&#8221; Fernando Triana (Triana, Uribe &amp; Michelsen &#8211; Colombia) referred to adulteration, forgery and imitation and Ivette Goldfrank (USA) raised the issue of counterfeiting in wine. Moderation was in charge of Juanita Acosta (C\u00e1rdenas &amp; C\u00e1rdenas Abogados Ltda. &#8211; Colombia).<br \/>\n&#8220;The Kidnapping of Marks on the Internet: Cybersquatting&#8221; was the topic of the last panel that brought the attention of attendees. Brian J.
