ASIPI at the Permanent Patent Committee of WIPO
Between June 24 and 27, ASIPI participated in the Permanent Patent Committee of WIPO through its treasurer, Matías Noetinger. Various topics on substantive patent law were addressed as limitations on rights, compulsory licenses, protection of artificial intelligence inventions and client-attorney privilege for patent professionals. Mr. Noetinger had the opportunity to meet with the Director General of WIPO Francis Gurry, who was very interested in the joint activities of this organization with ASIPI and the constant cooperation between both entities.
