We are pleased to inform you that ASIPI will once again be present with its Green Patent program in the 2020 National Competition of Inventions of the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI).

This contest seeks to encourage and recognize the creativity, ingenuity and creative spirit of Peruvians, through the awarding of the best inventions developed in the last year aimed at solving specific problems or needs in the different sectors of the country.

ASIPI sponsors the Green Patent Award which will recognize the invention that demonstrates greater applicability to the care of the environment or the mitigation of climate change. As last year, the Green Patent finalists will have the opportunity to defend their projects and be evaluated by a first-rate jury in a live show full of emotion and surprises that will be hosted by Martín Pittaluga and Luis Henriquez.

Last year’s winner in the Green Patent category was Hernán Asto Cabezas, with the project: “Device that generates electrical energy from bacterial species and solar panels with a cooling system.”
