ASIPI signs collaboration agreements with Conciliation and Arbitration Centers
During the XIX Work Sessions and Administrative Council, Maria del Pilar Troncoso, President of ASIPI, signed on behalf of the Association, three Collaboration Agreements with the National Chamber of Commerce of Mexico City, the Arbitration Center of Mexico and the International Chamber of Commerce of Mexico.
On the other hand, an Interinstitutional Cooperation Agreement with the Arbitration and Medication Center of Santiago, Chile, was also signed.
These four collaboration agreements were signed as part of an initiative of the Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Working Committee, seeking to expand academic and technical activities in this area in relation to Intellectual Property.
