• Graduated in law by the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul – PUC / RS.
• Graduated in IP by the Robert Schuman University, Strasbourg III, France (Centre d’Etudes Internationalles de la Propriété Industrielle – C.E.I.P.I.), in 1998/99.
• ASIPI’s Brazilian Delegate (Alternate from 2007 to 2012; and Principal from 2013 to 2018).
• President of the Southern Section of ABAPI from 2003 to 2005.
