Private Copy: What is your news in Latin America? Expert vision

This Webinar has the objective of reflecting with Latin American experts on the current situation of the "Private Copy" and its prospects.

As is known, through Private Copying a natural person can legally reproduce for private use, certain works that have been disclosed and protected under copyright. As consideration, a compensatory remuneration is established in favor of the rights holders in order to compensate them for such use without their authorization, by limiting the exercise of their rights.

Given that not all Latin American countries still have a regulation of Private Copying and given the new technological possibilities to reproduce works, we consider it important to know both the experience and the current panorama and the vision of the experts.
