When we discuss NFTs or “Non-fungible tokens” we are dealing with a new form of “Property”. They are unequivocal representations of assets, that can be both digital and physical, and are present in the blockchain network where they can be bought and sold. NFTs are used for object trading be it art, games, music, domains, among others).
At a time when NFTs and the Metaverse are experiencing a boom, we need to understand what they are, where to find them, how they work and how to check for potential Intellectual Property infringement.
