In this webinar held on September 22nd, the importance and necessity of the Court of Justice of the Andean Community in the Andean integration process was highlighted.

 

The indisputable importance of the Court of Justice for the growth of knowledge and the proper functioning of the Andean regulations was demonstrated. The relevance of the service it provides to the private and public sectors to determine the scope of the rules and their application in a harmonious manner and the importance derived from its decisions, looking at them from the theoretical to the practical, as well as their interaction with the law and the national authorities.
