The session will focus on the specific features of patent prosecution in the United States, where:
- We will provide a statistical overview of Latin American patent applications in the USA.
- We will address some issues that are not common in Latin America and are often difficult to understand. For example, we will explain:
- The types of applications in the USA (continuation, divisional, continuation-in-part, reissue);
- Restrictions and rejoinders;
