US withdrawl from the trans-pacific partnership: Implications for the scope of intellectual property
This article focusses on the United States of America withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership Negotiations and Agreement. The possible nonimplementation of the goals of open markets and many of the harmonization goals and protection of intellectual property of the TPP are discussed.
