Founding partner of the law firm Troncoso Leroux, with more than 20 years of experience in litigation, consultation and legal assistance in matters of Intellectual Property. She graduated with honors from the Pedro Henríquez Ureña University in the Dominican Republic.

Participated in the drafting of Law No. 20-00 on Industrial Property and its Regulation of Application in the Dominican Republic. She has been a professor of Intellectual Property in the Master of Law in Corporate Business and in the Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property and New Technology of the Pontifical University Catholic Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), as well as a professor in the subject in various courses and graduates.

President of ASIPI for the period 2015-2018, and with active participation in associations related to IP: ADOPI, INTA, AIPPI, PTMG, among others. She has published several articles on IP issues: “Commercial Name and Social Denomination: in Defense of the Difference”; “Protection of Plant Varieties”; “Bad Faith in Trademark Conflicts”; “Considerations on the Commercial Name in the Dominican Republic”; “Feeling the heat: Latin American Counterfeiting”.
