Director of the Board of Directors of the National Quality Institute INACAL. Expert lawyer in the protection and management of intellectual property rights for development. He also has solid knowledge in administrative law and extensive experience in public management.
Master in Law with a mention in Business Law from the University of Lima. He obtained a master’s degree with the Master Summa Cum Laude distinction. He studied specializations in intellectual property in the United States, Europe and Japan. He also did internships in Italy, France and Spain to verify the functioning of the systems of administration of appellations of origin. He is a professor of the postgraduate course in Intellectual Property in various business schools.
