As partner in the firm JJ Roca & Asociados, Sharin oversees the Corporate & Intellectual Property Practice Groups. Her practice has focused on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, restructurings, project finance and foreign investment. As a specialist in Competition Law and Intellectual Property, she advises a wide variety of clients in both regulated and non-regulated sectors of the economy.
She is President of the Competition Committee of ASIPI and member of the Anticounterfeiting Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
