Partner at Levin Global, he is in charge of Valuations area. He specializes in the analysis of the process of creating economic value of companies, including individual valuation of intangible assets and the valuation of industrial fixed assets. He has led valuation teams sponsored by the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Bank, the United Nations Development Programme and the Federal Investment Council projects. He participated in several privatization processes and participation of private capital in public companies across the continent.
He is responsible for overseeing business valuations and individual intangible assets in several countries of Latin America, from Argentina to Mexico.
In academia, he is professor at the Argentinian Business University, has conducted research on issues of valuation, participated in specialized publications, and taught numerous workshops in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Spain, addressing issues related to valuation and asset Management.
On issues of valuation of intangibles related to industrial property, his experience includes transactions in various sectors of industry and services, among which are: food and beverages, plastic and metal mechanical parts, automotive motor carrier of passengers and cargo, chains restaurants, pharmacies, health clubs and clothing stores, appliance manufacturing, fertilizers, dairy, textile clothing manufacturing, machinery and industrial equipment, materials for the construction industry, tires, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications.
