Degree in Law. Currently he is pursuing a Master in Administrative Law at the Universidad Panamericana. He has participated as  speaker, and has several courses in Mexico and abroad in intellectual property issues and administration of justice.
Government representative of Mexico in negotiations of various international treaties on intellectual property, such as the Trans-Pacific Partnership, Pacific Alliance, Mexico-Panama FTA, FTA Mexico-Turkey, FTA European Union.
He began his professional career as an intern at the firm Cuevas, Gonzalez y Reyes Retana; later, he served as an examiner analyst at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property.
He served as deputy director of internal inspection of the General Inspectorate of the Attorney General’s Office and advisor to the Inspector General.
As deputy director of financial affairs of the Prosecutor Office of the Federation and deputy director in the advisory area, agreements and contracts from the National Institute of Adult Education.
He held the position of Regional Director of the Tax Office of the Federation of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit and currently serves as Divisional Director of Trademarks at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property.
