Degree in Law. Currently he is pursuing a Master in Administrative Law at the Universidad Panamericana. He has participated as speaker, and has several courses in Mexico and abroad in intellectual property issues and administration of justice. Government representative of Mexico in negotiations of various international treaties on intellectual property, such as the Trans-Pacific Partnership, Pacific Alliance, Mexico-Panama FTA, FTA Mexico-Turkey, FTA European Union. He began his professional career as an intern at the firm Cuevas, Gonzalez y Reyes Retana; later, he served as an examiner analyst at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property. He served as deputy director of internal inspection of the General Inspectorate of the Attorney General’s Office and advisor to the Inspector General.
