Partner of the firm Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi.

He has developed an extensive experience in the resolution of disputes in national and international arbitration proceedings, as well as advicing on regulatory and energy matters to local and international companies.

In the area of dispute resolution, he advises and actively participates in commercial and investment disputes in accordance with the arbitration rules of the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICDR (AAA).

Prior to joining the firm, he served as a foreign associate in the area of international dispute resolution in the New York office of Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP.

In the area of energy and economic regulation, he provides advice in different regulated sectors such as electricity generation – renewable and conventional -, natural gas, infrastructure, administrative contracts, utilities – transportation and distribution of gas and electricity, water systems and sewerage, railways, and other regulated activities.

In the academic field, he is a professor of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, Professor of the Diploma in State Contracts and Public Infrastructure of the Universidad Austral and of the Master in Administrative Law of the Universidad Austral.

He is a member of the editorial committee of the IBA Arbitration News and the IBA ARB Management Committee under the International Bar Association Arbitration Committee.

He has published articles on administrative law and arbitration topics in Argentina and abroad.

He graduated with a diploma of honor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires in 2002. In 2007, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Administrative Law, awarded by the Universidad Austral.
