Graduate in Economics (Complutense University of Madrid) and Diploma in Agrifood Business Management (San Telmo Institute of Seville).
He has developed almost his entire professional career, first in the field of international marketing, and later in the sector representation of wines, spirits and other agri-food products.
For 15 years he held executive positions at the González Byass (Tío Pepe) and Sandeman (Oporto) wineries.
Since October 2020 he has been the President of the Regular Council of the denominations of origin: JEREZ, Manzanilla de Sanlucar de Barrameda, and Vinagre de Jerez.
Since 2010 he has directed the Regulatory Council of Brandy de Jerez.
He is President of the Andalusian Conference of Protected Designations of Origin and Geographical Indications.
