Cristian Bittel

Partner of the Patent department of Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal, where he has been working since 2004.

His areas of expertise include biotechnology, chemistry and pharmaceutical industry.

He graduated in biotechnology at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario in 1996 and then completed three post-graduate studies: A Doctorate in Biology at the same University, a specialization in Environmental Management at the Universidad Católica Argentina and one in Industrial Property at the INPI / Pompeu-Fabra University.

Before joining Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal, he was a fellow of the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET) at the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology of Rosario and the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD) in Bochum, Germany.

He also taught at the National University of Rosario, and has taught at the Industrial Property postgraduate courses of the Universidad Austral and the Universidad de San Andrés.
