She has more than twenty (20) years of experience in litigation, consultation and legal assistance in Intellectual Property matters.
Law degree Magna Cum Laude, graduated from the Pedro Henríquez Ureña National University.
Past President of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI)
Former Assistant Commercial Delegate of the Dominican Republic in the United States of America.
Participated in the drafting of Law No. 20-00 on Industrial Property and its Enforcement Regulations, of the Dominican Republic.
She has been a professor of Intellectual Property in the Master in Corporate Business Law and in the Master in Intellectual Property and New Technologies at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM).
She has been a professor of Intellectual Property in different courses and Diplomas from various universities in the country.
She has been a speaker at multiple national and international congresses, conventions and seminars.
She has published various articles on Industrial Property issues, such as:
