Martín Pittaluga

Partner of the firm Pittaluga Abogados of Uruguay. Degree in Business Administration (Catholic University of Uruguay), Master in Corporate Law (University of Montevideo), Industrial Property Agent.
Active member of ASIPI (President of the Administration Management Committee), INTA (member of the Pro Bono Committee) and ECTA (member of the Anti-Piracy Committee). Former President of the Uruguayan Association of Industrial Property Agents. Advises international companies in all areas of Intellectual Property in Uruguay. Author of the Uruguay Chapter of the following publications: “Trademarks – Getting The Deal Through” (International Bar Association) and “Domain Names – Global Practice and Procedures” (Field Fisher Waterhouse). Co-author of the publication “Doing Business in Uruguay” (Pittaluga Abogados).
