Graduate in Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). Master in Law and Business Management from the University of Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Certified trainer of the World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO.

Twelve (12) years working for the National Industrial Property Office, one (1) year as a legal examiner of the Legal Resources and Actions Division of the Distinctive Signs Department, five (5) years as Head of the Resources Division and Legal Actions, one (1) year as Interim Manager of the Department of Distinctive Signs and currently holding the position of Director of the Department of Distinctive Signs, whose Department is in charge of registering distinctive signs, such as trademarks, trade names, appellations of origin and indications geographical areas, as well as, the renewals and modifying acts of the requests or registrations of distinctive signs and all the legal documents that correspond to the same, as the resources and legal actions of the same.
