Noëlle Jeanneret has more than 25 years of experience in intellectual property matters, preferably working in trademark and domain name law, as well as in contentious-administrative and civil litigation on the subject. Before starting her firm in 2007, she worked for 11 years at Claro y Cia. and for three years at a venture capital firm and in 2007.
She is a lawyer, graduated from the Diego Portales University in 1992, and in 2004 obtained the degree of Magister in Law from the Adolfo Ibáñez University.
Ms. Jeanneret has been an assistant professor in civil and commercial law and participated in numerous seminars on intellectual property. She has participated and chaired several study committees in intellectual property and currently serves on the board of the Chilean Association of Intellectual Property (ACHIPI).
Ms. Jeanneret is a member of the Chilean Bar Association, the Chilean Association of Intellectual Property (ACHIPI), the Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle (AIPPI), the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
