Rafael Atab

Rafael Atab is a partner of Dannemann Siemsen. He is also Chair of the Standing Committee on ADR of Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle (AIPPI), Coordinator of the Standing Committee on Trademarks of Associação Brasileira da Propriedade Intelectual (ABPI) and National Reporter for the Brazilian National Group of AIPPI (ABPI). He has been recommended by the trademark guide WTR 1000 (The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals) in the 2020 and 2021 editions. He has a master degree on International Law from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro and is a Professor at the Post‐Graduation Course on Intellectual Property Law of Pontífice Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC‐Rio).
