Attorney at Law, Universidad Catolica Andrés Bello. Master in Intellectual Property and New Technologies, Universidad de Alicante. Fellow of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Partner of the law firm specialized in Industrial Law, Bolet & Terrero, where he is responsible for the IP Corporate Department. Professor of Copyright and New Technologies and Competition Law at several universities in Venezuela and Latin America. Consultant of the Max Planck Institute Latin America Chapter in Competition Law. He has been an international lecturer in the areas of Industrial Law in more than 20 countries. He has been an international consultant for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the Regional Book Center Cerlag and the Society of Authors and Publishers of Spain (SGAE). Author of several articles and papers related to Industrial Law. He was founder of the National Directorate of Copyright in Venezuela.
