DESCRIPTION:Los delitos contra propiedad intelectual usualmente se encuentran conectados con otros ilícitos tales como contrabando\, terrorismo\, lavado de dinero\, etc.\, ocasionando daños no solamente al titular de tales derechos sino también al Estado y público consumidor. Adicionalmente\, la globalización de los mercados demuestra que el abordaje de esta problemática trasciende fronteras; concluyendo en la necesidad de abordaje holístico del tema. \nEste panel estará compuesto por representantes de organizaciones internacionales que intervienen en la lucha contra el comercio ilícito de mercaderías\, como así también por compañías titulares de derechos de propiedad intelectual\, con el objeto de discutir esta problemática y diversas acciones encaradas a fin de afrontar la misma.
