DESCRIPTION:El fair use o uso justo es una creación del derecho norteamericano sobre el copyright\, que una jurisprudencia abundante y compleja ha ido perfilando y construyendo. Equiparado o tal vez confundido con el uso inocuo\, causa una cierta fascinación entre algunos profesionales\, e incluso algunos tribunales de justicia. Pero en Europa nos hemos dotado de un acervo comunitario y no se sabe si nuestras normas encajan bien con esta figura. Algunas situaciones actuales lo han vuelto a poner encima de la mesa por lo que es un buen momento para analizar su encaje y posible «importación» al escenario europeo. \nEl evento será presentado y moderado por Javier Fernández-Lasquetty\, que también es presidente de la Sección de Propiedad Intelectual e Idustrial del ICAM y socio de Elzaburu\, y contará con los siguientes panelistas: \n\nIgnacio Garrote Fernández-Díez\, Catedrático de Derecho Civil de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
