DESCRIPTION:Este webinar tiene como finalidad educar a nuestros asociados sobre la posibilidad de arbitrar algunos temas de propiedad intelectual e industrial\, ya que existe la creencia bastante generalizada\, de que las disputas relacionadas con estos derechos\, no son susceptibles de ser dirimidas por métodos alternos de resolución de disputas.  Al promover la resolución de disputas mediante la utilización de métodos alternos\, estaremos ofreciendo a nuestros clientes la posibilidad de resolver conflictos con mayor rapidez y con la confidencialidad que estos temas requieren.  Adicionalmente\, los conflictos serían dirimidos por especialistas en el tema\, lo que no siempre es posible por ante los tribunales del orden judicial.
