DESCRIPTION:This webinar aims to educate our members about the possibility of arbitrating some intellectual and industrial property issues\, since there is a widely held belief that disputes related to these rights are not susceptible to be settled by alternative methods of resolution of disputes. By promoting dispute resolution through the use of alternative methods\, we will be offering our clients the ability to resolve conflicts more quickly and with the confidentiality that these issues require. In addition\, conflicts would be settled by specialists in the subject\, which is not always possible before the courts of the judicial order.
