Eleonora Carrillo

Eleonora Carrillo is a Spanish and Italian lawyer and an intellectual property attorney in the European Union.
Presently the chair of the ASIPI Fashion Law Committee, she is a partner of Jacobacci & Partners and managing partner of the Spanish practice of the firm.
Eleonora leads the LATAM Desk of the Jacobacci group in Madrid, and manages trademark and design portfolios for clients worldwide, especially in the fashion, luxury and entertainment industries.
She is the author of numerous publications and articles, as well as a speaker of conferences in Spain and abroad, on trademark topics, particularly relating to fashion law.
Among others, she is the author of the “Spain” chapter of the Luxury Law Book since 2016 and until its latest update of 2024 to be launched in the Luxury Law Summit in London next week.
She is also a regular lecturer in the Master of Intellectual Property at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
Eleonora has been ranked once again this year as one of Spain’s top trademark professionals by World Trademark Review and has been included, since 2021, in the top Trademark Leaders ranking of World IP Review.
She is among the highest-ranked trademark attorneys in Who’s Who Legal: IP 2024.
She was also ranked as one of the “100 Most Influential Women in Intellectual Property” in 2020 by World IP Review.
She received the “100 Latinos” award, dedicated to the most successful professionals of Latin American origin in Spain, in 2014.
