Ivon Hernández

Ivon is attorney at law and public notary graduated from Universidad Rafael Landivar, and has an LLM in Intellectual Property from the University of Torino and the Intellectual Property World Organization.
Ivon has more than twenty years of experience in the intellectual property field. Currently she is head of the Intellectual Property Department of Arias Guatemala. She has been Professor on Intellectual and Industrial Property at Rafael Landivar, Del Valle and Istmo universities. She is a member of the Patents Committee of ASIPI and of the Unfair Competition of INTA and has been recognized by important directories such as The Legal 500, Chambers Latin America and World Trademark Review.
