El entrenamiento en el campo de la mediación en materia de propiedad intelectual permitirá al participante identificar habilidades y capacidades requeridas para el abordaje de la controversia, la conducción del encuentro y técnicas de intervención que favorezcan la construcción de consensos mediante el ejercicio de la mediación y su óptima aplicación. Tanto en calidad de Neutral como de abogado de parte o parte misma.

Objetivos del curso:

1. Introducir a los participantes sobre la naturaleza de la mediación, sus características, bondades y las implicaciones que ésta tiene en el perfil del tercero mediador en el ámbito de las controversias en materia de propiedad intelectual, con carácter internacional.
2. Describir y apropiar en los participantes las diferentes fases que constituyen el procedimiento de la mediación y sus implicaciones en función de los roles y habilidades esperadas en el tercero mediador.
3. Fortalecer habilidades y capacidades para el ejercicio de la mediación en los profesionales interesados en fungir como mediadores de ASIPI para que puedan acceder a la acreditación como tal; mediante clínicas de caso, simulaciones y modelamientos metodológicos de actuación.
