Cancellation Policy
ALL COSTS ARE IN US DOLLARS.
Event Registration:
– Cancellations received until March 10 inclusive, will have a full refund, minus 10% for administrative expenses. Refunds will be made for the portion of the registration corresponding only to the participation in the event, the portion corresponding to lodging must be verified according to the Hotel policy.
– Cancellations received after March 11 do not have refund.
– Note: From the third registration made by the same firm, a 20% discount will be applied to the corresponding rate, that is to say, the 3rd enrollee of the same firm will be applied the discount in reference according to the corresponding rate. by the time the registration is made.
