Round table in Chile on Trademark Revocation
On June 13, a round table was held at the INAPI Chile facilities on trademark revocation. This event was organized by the delegates of ASIPI in Chile, Carmen Paz Alvarez and Flavio Belair, with support from INAPI. Matías Noetinger, spoke about the legislation, experience and jurisprudential cases on the subject in Argentina. Likewise, an INAPI official spoke about the bill on the subject that is currently being considered by the Chilean Senate, and the former president of ASIPI, Sergio Amenabar, analyzed the constitutional aspects of this issue.
