As part of the objectives of holding round tables and with the purpose of fulfilling and taking advantage of the agreement concluded with the Commission for the Resolution of Controversies of Guatemala (CRECIG), a round table was organized on March 3 with the theme “ALTERNATIVE METHODS FOR RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES IN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY”.

It was an introductory discussion in order to start socializing the issue, which can provide important solutions to some of the problems that arise in intellectual property litigation in that country.

The event was very successful, the quota of 40 people was filled, and the most important thing was that it was concluded that the topic generates a lot of interest in the union, so it will be important to work on monitoring the issue.
