It will be studied a semi-real case of a company that is located in Latin America and that explores monetization alternatives with companies outside of its region.
The content is divided into two major topics, one is how to make a strategic evaluation of industrial property to evaluate the best options for monetization, to then address the techniques or methods of valuation of this industrial property.
