Managing Partner at Jacobacci & Partners (Spain); Spanish attorney at law; Italian Trademark attorney; Professional Representative before the EUIPO. 

Eleonora was born in Turin (Italy) and has dual nationality of Italy and El Salvador.

Eleonora joined Jacobacci & Partners (Italy) in 2006. 

In the main offices of the firm in Turin (Italy), she worked since then as a trademark attorney, representing and advising domestic and foreign clients. In January 2011, Eleonora transferred to Jacobacci’s Madrid Office, where she is presently the Managing Partner.

She regularly attends the major IP conferences and has established close professional relationships with IP counsels in many different countries of the world. 
Eleonora has nowadays extensive experience in all trademark and design matters in Spain, the European Union and relating to international registrations, as well as domain name dispute resolutions. Eleonora also coordinates the enforcement of her client’s IP rights in foreign countries and has acquired valuable knowledge of legal and practical issues relating to trademark prosecution and enforcement abroad.

Eleonora manages worldwide and local IP portfolios of major companies, especially those active in the fashion and luxury goods market sectors.

Within the Jacobacci group, she has created and currently manages the “LATAM Desk” of the firm, notably dedicated to developing business in and strengthening relationships with the Latin American jurisdictions.
She has been a member of the Fashion Law Committee of ASIPI and had the opportunity to represent this Association in the 1st Fashion Law Network International Meeting held by the Fashion Law Institute Spain in Madrid, in 2018, where she introduced the “Ibero-American Guide on Fashion Law” regarding which she is an author of the chapter about Spain.

Eleonora frequently gives presentations in conferences and is the author of various articles in international publications on trademark topics. She received in Spain the award of “100 Latinos”, being selected as one of the top 100 most prominent Latin American professional in said country.
