The adult entertainment industry has undergone several changes. Traditionally, access to adult content related to pornography was mainly provided through the purchase of magazines. Perhaps the most famous still are the worldwide known Playboy and Penthouse magazines that are currently facing important legal challenges and new debates in light of publicity, privacy and intellectual property rights.
In this panel, we would have the pleasure to listen the visions of two recognized experts from Playboy and Penthouse that among others, will share current issues related to the unauthorized use of adult content on non-affiliate sites, the fraudulent online and print publications uses, the impersonations of adult creators, performers of models thru new technologies such as the A.I., solicitations by impersonators, requests for removal of content and photos by models and performers, and the age verification and blocking access to adult content and websites.
