This activity will consist of an Intellectual Property arbitration proceeding in which participants assume the roles of the parties, lawyers, and arbitrators in a hypothetical case. The members of the Arbitration Committee will be the actors. Through this workshop, we will show participants how an arbitration involving various aspects of Intellectual Property is conducted step by step.
