From the ASIPI Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, we are delighted to announce that, as is now a tradition, we will once again celebrate Diversity and Inclusion at our WE Respect event in Panama. In Medellin in 2022, under the theme “Come as you are,” we promoted acceptance of everyone for who they are and how they are. Last year, in Mexico, our focus was on embracing the LGBTQ+ community. This year, in Panama, our WE Respect event will be centered on the indigenous peoples of our region, who remind us that differences are an essential part of our nature and make us unique, but inclusion and respect must be inherent to our soul and principles.
