Ana Cristina Arroyave

Ana Cristina is a Lawyer and Notary Public from Costa Rica. She is a partner in charge of the International Department at IDEAS IP, with over 22 years of experience in Intellectual Property in Central America and the Caribbean. She has worked with multiple national and international companies, managing large trademark portfolios and advising on judicial and administrative processes in Central America and the Caribbean. Ana Cristina has participated in drafting the Intellectual Property chapters of international treaties, including the Free Trade
Agreement between Costa Rica and the USA. She currently chairs the Subcommittee on Trademark Office Practices in Latin America and the Caribbean at INTA. She also chaired the ASIPI Country Guide Manual Committee during the 2022-2023 period, publishing the manual
in 2023.
