Lawyer from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, with studies in legal terminology at the Institute of Comparative Law in Paris, in private international law at the University of Paris II – Sorbonne, and at the Academy of International Law in The Hague.
He has worked at Cavelier Abogados in Colombia since 1987, where he is currently a Senior Partner and has headed the International Department for more than 30 years. His practice focuses on intellectual and industrial property, geographical indications, commercial law, and private international law.
