Lawyer, graduated from the Faculty of Law, National University of Rosario, 1996. Specialized in Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, she was a scholarship recipient from the World Intellectual Property Organization in the postgraduate degree in Copyright and Related Rights
at the University from Los Andes, M?rida, Venezuela, in the year 2000 where he obtained the 2nd best average of said cohort. She is an Industrial Property agent.

Since 2000, she has worked as a professor in the chairs of Intellectual Rights and Business and Market Law at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Rosario and is a guest professor in numerous faculties and courses in our country.

She was legal advisor of the Technological Liaison Office of the National University of Rosario, Vice-President of the Institute of Industrial Law of the Rosario Bar Association and member of the Institute of Communications Law and Copyright of the Bar Association of Capital Federal, advisor to the NOA region on the INCAA Advisory Council.
She is a member of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents (AAAPI) and the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), where she has served as President of theCopyright Committee since 2023.
