Curriculum Vitae

Professor of Commercial Law, practicing lawyer, author of several books and more than one hundred articles published in Spanish and foreign specialty magazines. He has obtained numerous decorations and awards, including the San Raimundo de Peñafort Cross of Honor, best lawyer in Spain in Industrial Property in 2012 by the North American Magazine Best Lawyers, and the Montero Ríos award to his professional career awarded by the Iurisgama Association. In 2019 he has been elected as a full-time academic and has defended the entrance speech at the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation of Spain. In the literary field, he has published four novels and written the fifth, maintains a current blog on ABC.es and writes regularly in the written press, either in the Third or in the Open Tribunes of the ABC newspaper, as well as in the newspapers EL FARO DE VIGO and LA OPINIÓN DE LA CORUÑA. He has been awarded the XXXIII Julio Camba Journalism Prize for an article published in LA VOZ DE GALICIA on March 27, 2011.
