Lawyer, Universidad Nacional de Asunción. She is currently Director of the Directorate of Intellectual Property Rights of the Supreme Court of Justice of Paraguay. She was Director of the General Directorate of Intellectual Property (today DINAPI) in 2009. Master in Intellectual Property in the Joint Program of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the University of Turin, with the thesis: “Quantification of damages in trademark counterfeiting cases, a specific view of the Paraguayan and Italian systems”. She was awarded a scholarship by the Organization of American States (OAS) to participate in the program: “Licensing Academy in Intellectual Property and technology commercialization” at the University of Davis, California and has a Diploma in Intellectual Property from the Universidad Austral de Buenos Aires. She has participated in numerous courses given by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the World Trade Organization (WTO), Interpol, among others. She recently participated in the summer course on Cybercrime and Intellectual Property at the Higuer School of Economics in Moscow. She has a specialization degree in university teaching didactics from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) and is a professor in the mediation specialization of the said University.
