Curriculum Vitae

Lawyer by the National University of San Marcos. Graduate of the Master of Business Law of the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. Currently, Chief Justice of the Republic of Peru in the Court of Justice of the Andean Community.
He has been President of the Board of the Environmental Assessment and Control Agency, National Director of Legal Affairs in the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, Adviser to the Minister’s Office at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism, and Technical Secretary of the Commission of Free Competition and of the Antitrust Division and Vice president of the Committee on Consumer Protection at the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property.
He has taught courses on Administrative Law and Competition Law at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, the National University of San Marcos and the Pontificia Catholic University of  Peru. He has also taught courses on Administrative Law II and Environmental Law at the ESAN University and the course on Organization of the State and Public Administrative Law in the Master of Public Administration from the University of the Pacific.
