Advanced Fashion Law course

Fashion Law is a new specialization that encompasses the various disciplines required to resolve legal issues and cases that arise in the fashion, textile, luxury, and fashion retail industries, providing essential legal support and advice to companies in this increasingly influential sector of the global economy.
This course will offer solid and practical knowledge, specifically focused on this industry, with the aim of learning how to offer legal advice in the most appropriate manner to clients in the sector, such as textile manufacturers, retailers, clothing, footwear and accessory designers, cosmetics and perfume companies, jewelers, shopping malls, franchisors, importers and/or exporters, advertising agencies, models, influencers, and other agents involved in the production and commercialization chain of this industry.

Evaluation System

Students who wish to obtain a certificate of approval in addition to the certificate of attendance, must complete the exam at the end of the course, which will consist of multiple-choice questions.

Beauty law (perfumes and cosmetics) and jewelry law

Both the perfume and cosmetics sector, as well as the jewelry sector, are used by fashion designers to complement their core business (clothing), often generating multimillion-dollar revenues.
In the case of perfumes and cosmetics, they are often accessible to a broad audience who, although unable to afford high end clothing from a renowned brand, can still  afford to purchase the perfume or cosmetic that bears the same brand name.
In the case of jewelry, it is considered the perfect complement to any look, ranging from the most expensive pieces to costume jewelry, products that are accessible to a large number of consumers.
